1. About Inbriefs

Inbriefs is a media-technology platform that enables users to distribute press releases and announcements to third-party publishers, manage press campaigns, and receive execution and reporting support.

Inbriefs acts as a distribution and facilitation platform and does not control or guarantee editorial decisions made by publishers.

2. Eligibility & User Authority

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have the legal authority to act on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent

  • All information provided by you is accurate and lawful

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that all content submitted through Inbriefs:

  • Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading

  • Does not violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or third-party rights

  • Is not defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful

 

Inbriefs reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Nature of Service & No Guarantee

  • Inbriefs facilitates content distribution only

  • Publication is not guaranteed and is subject to the publisher's discretion

  • Inbriefs does not guarantee rankings, backlinks, traffic, impressions, or engagement

  • Editorial control rests entirely with third-party publishers

 

Delays or rejections by publishers do not constitute a breach by Inbriefs.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Full payment must be made before campaign execution

  • Prices and plans may change at any time without prior notice

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once a campaign has begun distribution, it cannot be cancelled

  • Payments are non-refundable once execution starts

  • No refunds will be issued for partial execution or delays beyond Inbriefs’ control

 

Refunds, if any, are issued solely at Inbriefs’ discretion.

7. Reporting & Data Accuracy

Reports provided by Inbriefs are based on:

  • Publisher confirmations

  • Live links (where available)

  • Information received from third-party systems

 

Inbriefs does not guarantee accuracy of third-party metrics such as traffic or impressions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, branding, software, and design belong to Inbriefs or its licensors

  • Users retain ownership of their submitted content

  • By submitting content, you grant Inbriefs a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for distribution, reporting, and platform promotion

9. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activities

  • Attempt to manipulate media coverage or misrepresent facts

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality

  • Resell or misuse services without written authorization

 

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

10. Suspension & Termination

Inbriefs may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violation of these Terms

  • For legal or regulatory reasons

  • To protect platform integrity

 

Termination does not entitle you to refunds.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Inbriefs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Inbriefs is not responsible for publisher actions or editorial outcomes

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inbriefs from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Content submitted by you

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

13. Third-Party Links & Services

​Inbriefs may contain links to third-party websites or services. Inbriefs is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

14. Modifications to Terms

​Inbriefs may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​The laws of India govern these Terms.
Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
